How will I know that my order is confirmed?
The order is either placed through mail/APP following which a confirmation message will be received on mail or what’s app.
However, on APP, after you make your selection and complete the payment process successfully, an automatic order confirmation email/message will be sent to you with an order confirmation number from Le Fabco.
How do I check my order status?
You can track your order by keeping your order number in the “Track Order” option or simply send an email to retail@lefabco.com or sales@lefabco.com .
What if the item I ordered is out of stock?
In the rare case that your selection is out of stock, you will be intimated about the next available date.
If the date is not suitable, you have the option of changing the selection or canceling your order.

How long will it take to receive my order?
The order received till 04 pm will be dispatched same day subject to goods being in stock and geographic condition of the city
Shipping across India typically takes 5-7 working days.
How can I modify or cancel my order?
Order once placed cannot be modified or cancelled.

Is there cash-on delivery option available
Currently, we do not provide an option for COD.
What currency will my order be billed in?
All domestic orders are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) and International orders in USD.
Can I change my billing address?
The billing is done on the address given on GST portal. The shipping address can be added.
How is my order shipped?
We have partnered with Blue Dart/SM/ Different renowned transportation firms to provide the best and quickest shipping option.
Can I ship different items in my order to different shipping address?
The order is shipped either through Courier or transport as per the preference given by your good self. Yes, the order can be shipped as per the requirement.
Can I change my shipping address after an order has been placed?
Please ensure that you type the correct and complete shipping address while ordering as this cannot be changed after confirming your order.
